Charley
And on the subject of hair... Julianne Moore's dishevelled up-do in Tom Ford's visually stunning A Single Man is second to none. Even though her character Charley is a raging alcoholic (albeit a very lovable one), Julianne Moore is the epitome of class and 60's glamour. Her dress, her make-up... I die!!
But it is the hair that really got me in this film, that lavish curled and piled-up, side-swept beehive thing she has going on... It even had my boyfriend asking why I can't wear my hair like that every day.
Gentlemen, do you KNOW how long a hairstyle like that would take? Neither do I, but I would think hours. And there are only so many hours in the day to devote to beauty!
